Ollie Kuehne

Ollie is a serial entrepreneur, who has previously led a tech driven aviation brokerage to acquisition. Having travelled the world, Ollie entered the world of executive search to further cultivate his passion for sales. With a decade of experience, he is now a Founding Executive Partner at SOAP (www.somuchsoap.com). SOAP is a leading executive search firm, that specialises in VC backed technology companies.  Ollie leads the flagship Black Label practice within SOAP, that ensures companies meet objectives by making key strategic hires through retained search projects.  He also works in an advisory capacity, to accelerate the growth trajectory of software companies by enhancing their recruitment strategy.  This ranges from US companies entering the EMEA market, through to Israeli based start-ups looking to establish their business in the North American market.

An avid extremes sportsman; from motor-cross to kitesurfing, Ollie spends his spare time pushing his body to its physical limits. He has never grasped the concept of ball sports.

Simon Kouttis

Having graduated with a degree in mathematics, Simon’s early career included property development and owning a hospitality business, before entering the world of executive search. With a decade of experience, Simon is now a Founding Executive Partner at SOAP (www.somuchsoap.com) where he leads the sales enablement function. He has developed industry-leading best practices that include the Trinity Search Methodology, the Candidate Spectrum of Motivations and is the author of the SOAP sales playbook built on MEDDIC. Simon straddles the technical and sales recruitment functions, in order to drive engagement on the largest and most complex global recruitment campaigns.  Simon is passionate about recruitment strategy, which has led to a focus on working with talent acquisition in order to identify the bottlenecks that can suffocate the effectiveness of attracting the highest calibre individuals.
 
Simon kindles his creative spark through his love of art and music.  He is a golf addict, although his first love is Liverpool football club. He is a father to boy-girl twins that keep him away from many of his hobbies.

Patrick has a decade of experience in partnering with the highest growth technology companies in the world.  After graduating with honours in English Literature at Newcastle University, he was quickly drawn to the world of sales.   Having started his career in managing field sales and marketing campaigns for global brands, Patrick made the transition to executive search in the tech space.  As a Founding Executive Partner at SOAP (www.somuchsoap.com), he now runs the technical arm of the business across EMEA, USA and APJ (as a specialist in pre-sales, customer success and professional services).  Patrick is driven by creating true partnerships with ambitious organisations, whilst also having a passion for knowledge sharing within the technology community.
 
After visiting over 50 countries through travel and also professionally, Patrick is continually excited by the prospect of learning from and partnering with individuals from around the world.  A self-confessed foodie and huge sports fan, Patrick resides in London, but loves that the global tech industry allows him the freedom to indulge his ambitions to travel the globe and see different cultures.
